Ruskin Square

Building services to 161 one and two bedroom apartments in a 22-storey tower and a nine-storey ‘plinth’ building.
The project also included high-specification penthouses, central plant room and a large landscaped roof garden & street level garden.
MEP included heating, lighting, security systems, high-specification AVIT systems.
Prefabrication techniques were maximised on the project including prefabricated utility cupboards in each apartment to house heat interface Unit, HIU / MVHR units and incorporated a frame for washing machines and waste.

The project required the full coordination of incoming services, liaising with the local utility company to ensure scope continuity.


Future connection pipework installed for district heating for future phases of the Ruskin square development.
